Chris Hildebrandt Photo/Cinema is now Big Bear Lake’s top photo group. What started as a passion for taking landscape and nature photos became a photo company in 2016. How did it happen? A local real estate agent was talking to Chris and in passing mentioned that his photographer called in sick on a home shoot that needed to be listed the next day. Chris wanted to give it a shot, so he took it, and soon became the go-to for the top teams’ listings. We use top of the line, industry leading Canon cameras and lenses to capture our ground shots as well as professional grade DJI drones to grab our aerial shots.

We started using video to be able to tell your home’s story even better in 2018. Video quickly became a stable in the real estate industry, with a 10% increase every year from 2017 to 2020. The Covid-19 outbreak made video an even more essential part of a real estate marketing platform in March of 2020 when in-person showings were put on hold.
